AgricFresh Wins the Pachipanda Pan African Eco Challenge – South Africa

AgricFresh is proud to announce its recognition as the overall winner of the Africa PachiPanda Challenge 2024—a landmark achievement that underscores our commitment to building sustainable, farmer-centered solutions across Africa.

Hosted in Johannesburg, South Africa, the grand finale of the challenge brought together some of the continent’s most promising eco-entrepreneurs. The initiative, led by MTN Group in partnership with World Wide Fund for Nature and FNB WesBank, was designed to identify and support the next generation of innovators tackling Africa’s most pressing environmental challenges.

Finalists from Cameroon, Nigeria, Zambia, and South Africa participated in an intensive programme featuring expert-led masterclasses on sustainable innovation, business development, and impact measurement. The experience culminated in a final showcase of solutions that are redefining what climate resilience and inclusive growth look like on the continent.
